Skullflower is a project/band of Matthew Bower. This is an album I’d advise you to strictly stay away from if you don’t like noise or industrial. To put it in perspective, my sister walked into the room and was like, ‘Why the hell do you listen to such noise?!’. I had to commend her for an accurate placement of genre.
This album is an aural delight for those who can appreciate the finer aspects of this brain-frying music. A quick wiki of Skullflower throws associated bands like Coil, Nurse with Wound, Merzbow, etc (if you’ve listened to them) which should give you an idea of what Skullflower is all about.
Still, want to go ahead? Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
